The COPE project is divided into five, mutually supportive themes – the changing working life, digitalisation, multicultural workplaces, lifelong learning, and management and administration.
Focus is on determining how changes in the social and health care sector influence
- Work, multiprofessional teamwork, and personnel qualification needs;
- Decision-making, leadership, management and the division of labour; and
- Digital services
At the same time, educational and learning methods are being developed to secure the necessary knowledge and skills in our changing reality.
